Sensor will not connect

Vantage does not receive traffic from a sensor.

  1. Log in to the sensor.
  2. Reboot the sensor.
  1. Reset the token.
  2. Connect the sensor to Vantage.
    Note: When you reset the token, the connection between Vantage and the sensor is broken. You will need to connect the sensor again before it can send traffic to Vantage.
