The instructions provide a verified and supported upgrade path for your sensors, ensuring that software updates are applied correctly while safeguarding stored data and configurations. Failure to follow these upgrade instructions might lead to complete corruption of your sensor's file system and database. This might lead to the need for a full data restoration, or even a sensor replacement.

If you are on the release 25.6.0, upgrade directly to 26.0.0
If you are on the release 24.5.1 or newer, upgrade to 25.6.0, then to 26.0.0
If you are on the release 23.4.0 or newer, upgrade to 24.5.1, then to 25.6.0, then to 26.0.0
If you are on the release 23.3.0 or newer, upgrade to 23.4.1, then to 24.5.1, then to 25.6.0, then to 26.0.0
