Configure a variable

The List page lets you navigate to related nodes, links, vulnerabilities, or sessions.

In the top navigation bar, select icon > Process.
The Process page opens.
Select List.
The List page opens.
To the left of the applicable variable, select the configure icon.
A dialog shows.
In the Label field, enter a label for the Variable.
Optional: If necessary, select the Enable history.

Note: This lets you enable Variable history.
Optional: If necessary, select the Last activity check.

Note: This triggers an alert when the Variable is not updated for more than the specified amount of seconds.
Optional: If necessary, select the Invalid quality check.

Note: This triggers an alert when the Variable keeps the invalid quality for more than the specified amount of seconds.
Optional: If necessary, select the Disallowed qualities check.

Note: This triggers an alert when the Variable has one of the listed qualities. You can use a comma to separate values.
In the Unit field, enter a value.
In the Scale field, enter a value.
In the Offset field, enter a value.

The Variable has been configured.
