CMC, Remote Collector, and AAA

ENG-239: Improved resilience of Arc sensor configuration synchronization, reducing the risk of configuration loss during connectivity interruptions.
N2OS-17220: Assertion scope can now be defined on a Central Management Console (CMC) and propagated automatically to all sensors it manages.
Note:
New assertions are incompatible with versions earlier than Nozomi Networks Operating System (N2OS) v26.2.0 and will not be propagated to downstream sensors running unsupported versions. Assertions that have already been received will continue to function on older sensors, but changes applied at CMC level will not be propagated downstream.
