Follow these instructions to have a smooth upgrade experience.

The instructions provide a verified and supported upgrade path for your sensors, ensuring that software updates are applied correctly while safeguarding stored data and configurations. Failure to follow these upgrade instructions might lead to complete corruption of your sensor's file system and database. This might lead to the need for a full data restoration, or even a sensor replacement.

If you are on the release 24.5.0 or newer, upgrade directly to 25.0.0
If you are on the release 23.4.0 or newer, upgrade to 24.5.1, then to 25.0.0
If you are on the release 23.3.0 or newer, upgrade to 23.4.1, then to 24.5.1, then to 25.0.0
