CMC, Remote Collector, and AAA

A list of the improvements for the CMC, Remote Collector and Authentication, Authorization and Accounting that have been introduced in this release.

All-in-one Central Management Console (CMC) users can now choose whether to synchronize process variables or not using the new, granular synchronization tuning settings.
Improved data propagation by increasing the number of items sent to downstream sensors, which is especially useful when Vantage manages all zone configurations through the Enable Zone Configurations option.
