Reports and integrations

Added support for UTF-8 encoding in simple network management protocol (SNMP) Trap integration.
In the queries, a literal term can be added to the select clause by using the syntax | select "literal"->key, compatible with the corresponding syntax in Vantage. The column key will contain the static value literal for all records returned by the query source.
