Traffic monitoring does not work
WinPcap is not installed.
Note: If WinPcap is installed, and traffic
monitoring is enabled in the local configuration user interface (UI), you should get a message similar to this in the log
file:
LiveCapture(\Device\NPF_{5CFC7BFE) | Setting filter not (host 10.41.43.129 and port 443)
LiveCapture(\Device\NPF_{026414DD) | Capture completed after sniffing 2000 packets, 208675 bytes
LiveCapture(\Device\NPF_{026414DD) | Sending packets: 200 OK
You do not have Traffic monitoring enabled in the local configuration UI.
- Open the local configuration UI.

Select Configuration.
The Configuration page opens.
- Select the Traffic monitoring checkbox.
- Select Save.
- Check to see if traffic monitoring now works.
