Cross-scope access-policy error shows

When you generate incidents imports, you might see an error message. This can happen even if you have followed the guided set-up, and set the cross-scope privileges correctly.

Procedure

  1. Go to the table definition record in the Scheduled Script Execution Table [sysauto_script].
  2. Select the Application Access tab.

  3. Make sure that these checkboxes are selected:
    • Can create
    • Can update
  4. Select the Controls tab.
  5. Select the Live feed checkbox.

  6. Select Save.
  7. Deselect Live feed checkbox.
  8. Select Save again.
