Arc-459: Fixed an issue that incorrectly requested a reboot on Windows Server 2019 machines. On Windows machines without universal serial bus (USB) ports, USBPcap is no longer shown as required.
Arc-512: Added security measures to the loading of WinPcap dynamic link library (DLL).
Arc-525: Fixed an issue that caused the Arc configuration (arc.json) to break during updates.
Arc-526: Fixed two issues related to packet buffering.
Arc-574: Fixed an issue that caused an error when executing Arc in One-shot or Offline mode from a file allocation table (FAT) drive.
