New features

Arc-451: Dependencies management: the automatic Script block logging enabler now works also with Powershell Core.
Arc-464: Arc no longer requires Powershell, which makes it easier to use full functionality. Introduced support for the Windows Control Panel standard controls Change and Repair that are shown when you right-click on an installed application.
Arc-491: Fixed an issue causing multiple notifications for the same universal serial bus (USB) connected device.
Arc-504: Fixed an issue that prevented the reload of the Sysmon configuration if the Sysmon installer was not present.
Arc-508: Fixed a Npcap installation issue related to Npcap previously installed through Wireshark.
Arc-509: Improved the buffering logics for situations when the upstream link is found to be unavailable.
Arc-562: Arc now filters address resolution protocol (ARP) table entries to avoid invalid media access control (MAC) address assignments.
Arc-568: Enabled auto login when starting the Arc local user interface (UI).
