New features

A list of new features that have been introduced in this release.

Arc-209: Arc dependencies are now managed. This includes: additional executables in the Arc folder and the capability to download from Guardian the ones that cannot be embedded into the folder. Installing dependencies during an automatic deployment, added steps into the Deployment Activity Log, and a dedicated `install_dependencies`command to install them manually.
Arc-315: Optimised the file system scan speed for Windows when looking for the Log4j vulnerability.
Arc-332: The capture_device value has been made more expressive to disambiguate different Arcs that show up with the same IP address due to a NAT.
Arc-357: It is now possible to enable node points extraction and Smart Polling execution from the local UI.
Arc-359: Arc is now distributed also for 32 bits Windows machines, including support for automatic deployment from Guardian.
Arc-371: Added a startup check for the network interfaces list in order to keep the arc.json file aligned with the actual list of network interfaces on the machine.
