New features

Arc-607: Error and Warning messages in the log are now aggregated and a single line is printed as this limit is hit: 10 messages or 1 minute.
Arc-679: Improved the local UI user experience by greying settings when they are controlled by the upstream.
Arc-683: The first implementation of Arc Embedded is now GA. Arc can now be installed onto Mitsubishi Electric MELSEC iQ-R C Intelligent Function Module RD55UP12-V.
Arc-689: Users can now choose whether or not address resolution protocol (ARP) static routes are fetched together with the rest of the local ARP table.
Arc-710:
- Arc now supports the Smart Polling SEL Telnet strategy.
- Arc now suports the Smart Polling Wago management strategy.
- The SNMP Smart Polling strategy has been enhanced to support N-Tron and Schneider PDU devices. The Walk OID feature is now available also to Arc.
- Stopping the Arc service now interrupts the execution of the Smart Polling and Discovery jobs more quickly.
- Smart Polling executions performed from Arc are now displayed in detail in the history pop-up of the corresponding plan in Guardian.
