Failure to connect after HTTP proxy configuration
Diagnose and resolve connection failures that occur after configuring a hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) proxy on a Guardian Air device. Causes may include incorrect file entries or issues with the network configuration. Use this guide to identify and correct common setup problems.
Your dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP) server is not connected correctly.
Procedure
Check your DHCP server.
You did not write the configuration files correctly.
Procedure
- Turn off the power to the Guardian Air.
- Connect a universal serial bus (USB) pendrive to a desktop or laptop computer.
- Read the environment file to make sure that it is correct.
- If you found a mistake in the file, correct the mistake.
- Do the Configure an HTTP proxy procedure again.
