Arc v1.12.0

A list of new features that have been introduced in this release.

• Arc-691: Arc on Windows can now detect software installed with MSIX and from the Windows Store.
• Arc-735: Microsoft Office applications are now detected separately, adding more granularity, also to the vulnerabilities calculation.
• Arc-754: Fixed an incorrect behavior when setting the execution time in the local user interface (UI) for One-shot and Offline modes.
• Arc-756: Addressed a memory leak for Microsoft Windows versions Server 2016, Server 2019, and 10.
• Arc-758: New Arc Smart Polling and Discovery features:
  • New Discovery strategies: Beckhoff, Sensor Net Connect, Tridium Niagara, Ubiquiti
  • New Smart Polling strategies: Advantech EKI, Phoenix Contact mGuard, Sensor Net Connect, SNMPv3 (which requires Nozomi Networks Operating System (N2OS) version 24.5.0 to work), Zettler/Ezcare transmission control protocol (TCP) Gateway
  • Arc now uses only the ports UDP/1911 and UDP/48888 ports to perform Discovery. Make sure that the host's and network firewalls allow Arc to listen on these ports for it to be able to discover neighboring devices
• Arc-765: Arc Embedded on Mitsubishi Electric now sends alerts for firmware changes.
