Arc v1.1.0

A list of all the issues that have been resolved in this release.

• Arc-234: Arc on Windows now installs successfully as service only from 'C:\Program Files\NozomiNetworks\Arc'.
• Arc-239: Fixed an issue that prevented Arc to show as connected when a connection is made to Vantage.
• Arc-250: Fixed the vulnerability count of the nodes of the asset onto which Arc is installed.
