New features

GAIR-1047: Four new protocols have been added:
- WirelessHART
- ISA100
- 6LowPan
- ZigBee
In addition, when received packets have addresses in short
mode, node is still created/updated using a manual node
identifier (ID) with a prefix in the name. The prefix will be
the name of one of the above protocols, or 802.15.4
GAIR-904: Added country configuration for Lora/Zwave/cellular protocols.
