Protocols, Smart Polling, and Arc

Improved browser detection to address false positives in Chrome and all major browsers.
Discovery
- Added new Pepperl+Fuchs strategy
- Addressed an issue in environments with Arc executing Discovery on multiple network interfaces which prevented the process to finalize successfully in case of no nodes found on some interface
Smart Polling
- Added new Smart Polling strategies for:
  - Added new IEC 61850-8-1 (MMS) strategy to discover multi vendor IEC 61850 servers (IEDs) in substation automation environments
  - Added new Beckoff strategy to poll both Windows-based and Twincat-based Beckhoff programmable logic controller (PLC)s
Smart Polling and Discovery: Addressed an issue that prevented results to be correctly shown for Arc-ran strategies
