Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) is a networking protocol that provides centralized authentication, authorization, and accounting for users who access a network. In Wi-Fi (WPA-Enterprise) deployments, RADIUS servers authenticate clients using IEEE 802.1X before granting network access.
