A Human Interface Device (HID) is a category of device that interacts directly with humans, such as a keyboard, mouse, or game controller. In the Bluetooth protocol stack, the HID service (UUID 0x1812) identifies these devices and is commonly spoofed in Bluetooth advertising attacks.
